In Memory of Bill Martin

Memorial gifts in Bill’s honor will support the redesign of the Valentine Garden, a central project of the Heart of Richmond Campaign, a comprehensive campaign shaped under Bill’s leadership. Bill Martin devoted more than thirty years of his life to the Valentine Museum and to the people of Richmond. Through his leadership, compassion, and vision, Bill transformed the Valentine into a place that invites honest conversation, welcomes new voices, and challenges us to engage more fully with our shared history.
